By shopping at Zaman By MNM, you agree to the following terms:

Exchange Policy:  We only offer exchanges for products with a manufacturing defect or if faulty from our end. To be eligible, the product must be unused, with the price label attached and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Exchange Request: Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and the exchange process takes 7-10 days.

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios: Exchanges will not be accepted if the request is made beyond 24 hours of delivery, the product is damaged due to wear and tear, tampered with, or missing any packaging elements (tags, labels, freebies, accessories).

No Exchanges on Sale Items: Products bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Additionally, since we operate with smaller batches and limited stock, size exchanges are not available. Customers are advised to check the size chart and product descriptions before purchasing.

Color & Texture Variation: Due to differences in screen displays and lighting during photoshoots, slight variations in color or texture may occur. Exchanges will not be provided for this reason.

No Refunds & Change of Mind Policy : We do not offer refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted for changes of mind. Customers can contact us via Instagram DM for product details before placing an order.

Filing a Complaint: To request an exchange, email images of the defective/faulty product to Infozamanbymnm@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review and respond accordingly.
